Phoenix Ancient Town, also known as Fenghuang Ancient City, was built in the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644). Although it has survived vicissitudes, it is still well preserved. There are more than 120 houses with distinctive features of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and more than 30 temples, towers and pavilions in the ancient town. As a national historical and cultural city, it is the county with the most cultural relics in southwest China.

It was long known that the night view of the Phoenix ancient city was beautiful, so I took the time to take a picture of this group of night scenes when traveling.

Numerous stilt houses on the banks of Tuojiang River are the biggest feature of the  Phoenix Ancient City.The stilt houses supported by different thicknesses of wood are suspended above the river.

The hanging Buildings are very beautiful under the decoration of colored lights.  The surrounding mountains and hills gradually disappeared in the darkness, there are only the rows of dwellings built against the mountains. With red and green lanterns, Fenghuang night view  is so beauty that looks like a painting and a poem.

The Rainbow Bridge features its Miao-style to span on the Tuojiang River. The bridge holes passing under the bridge is as beautiful as the crooked moon under the light. When visiting Phoenix, you must not only enjoy the psychedelic day scenery on the banks of the Tuojiang River, but also its bright and charming night scenery.


Night of Phoenix Ancient Town is a wonderful dream. It is  very nice to creat the wonderful dream that lives in the world.

My firends, Come here ! At night,  you can walk through the crowd of shadows, find a tea house or bar near the river, or sit in the Miao family restaurant on the shore, drink alone or have fun with friends and relatives, all of them are romance.
