Guyuan Museum

Guyuan Museum is one of the most important museums in the Ningxia Autonomous Region. The museum's collection features the northern bronzes in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods and the Silk Road cultural relics in the Northern Wei, Northern Zhou and Sui and Tang Dynasties.

The building of the museum consists of four parts: an exhibition building, a bell pavilion, an ancient tomb restoration museum, and stone carvings. The exhibition building is the main area visited by tourists.

The exhibition is divided into two parts: the basic exhibition "Guyuan Historical Relic Exhibition" and the special exhibition "Silk Road in Guyuan". There are three cultural relics in the basic display that are the treasures of the Guyuan Museum: the gilt and silver bottles of the Northern Zhou Dynasty, the studded glass bowls, and the lacquered coffin paintings of the Northern Wei Dynasty are collected here.
