Located 1.5 km west of Yongning County, south of Yinchuan City, the Najiahu Mosque was built in the three years of Emperor Jiajing  (1524) during the Ming Dynasty(1368-1645). Covering a total area of about 3300 square meters,  it is rectangular from east to west.Najiahu Mosque consists of four parts: the gatehouse, the worship hall, the wing house, and the catering room. It is a traditional Chinese courtyard house complex.

Entering the gatehouse, you can see it is a suddenly bright space. On both sides of the brick paved road, there are two towering ancient locust trees, making the temple very quiet and solemn. In the middle of the temple, it is the main hall of worship, which can accommodate one thousand people for worshiping at the same time. In front of the hall, there are five towers with the elegant and magnificent arches on the outer side.

There are several plaques hanging in front of the main hall. On both sides of the main hall, it is Tianjingyuan Courtyard and wing rooms all of which are large tiled houses with raised ridges and eaves. They are used for learning and living for the guests and imams.
